Cisco has announced the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco CSS 11000 Series Content Services Switch. The Last date of support is listed on the announcement - see link below. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until termination date of service contracts. Service contracts renewals beyond the last date of support will not be available.
