Automated Product/Field Updates from CCO

Over the past few months, it feels like the number of external Field Notices have increased. As a result, we should ensure we are receiving these updates from CCO to ensure we are being as proactive as possible. Please have a look at the URL below regarding how you can receive automated product updates, EOL notices, and Field Notices.

I’ve selected all alerts for all products and then created Outlook rules to organize the messages based upon type such as EoL, FN, etc.. I then create a special rule for FN’s to play a specific sound and pop up an alert so I won’t ignore it.
